Gender and Sex-based Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy

Keuka College affirms its commitment to foster an environment free from sexual or gender-based harassment or sexual misconduct. The College promotes the goals of fairness and equity in all aspects of the educational enterprise. Keuka College will work with parties impacted by sexual or gender-based harassment or sexual misconduct to connect the parities to support services and resources on and off campus and offer resolution options per the Gender and Sex-based Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy.  All employees, but those deemed confidential employees due to their role at the college, are required to share information about incidents that may fall under the Gender and Sex-based Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy.
