NUR-371 Evidenced-Based Practice and Nursing Research

This is a theory based nursing course where the student integrates knowledge based in science and grounded by the humanities which explores principles of nursing research, evidence based practice, and professional role development to ensure a solid educational foundation. The student learns principles of scientific inquiry and its application to nursing practice. Special emphasis is placed on reflective practice and a collaborative team approach to provide holistic care across the lifespan.
