College Record 2022-2023

Minor Fields of Study

Students may elect to complete one or more minor programs that complement a major field of study, enhance career opportunities, and/or provide in-depth study in special areas of interest.

Minor programs at Keuka College consist of a minimum of 18 hours of course work. A minimum of one-third of the credits in the minor program must be taken through Keuka College. Students electing a minor must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.00 for courses in the minor program, unless otherwise stated.

A student considering declaring a minor should recognize that completion of both major and minor requirements requires careful planning beginning as early as the freshman year, as some minor requirements are alternate-year courses, and some major programs provide little scheduling flexibility. Students wishing to declare a new minor must submit a Change of Program form to the Registrar’s Office. Change of Program forms can be found on the Registrar’s Office website.
