Divisional Honors

Honors in a specific discipline may be awarded to seniors who fulfill the requirements specified by the individual major course of study. Students should indicate their plan to meet the requirements for divisional honors to their division’s chair as early as possible to allow ample time to satisfy the various eligibility criteria. Divisional honors are awarded by the faculty in the student’s division. Divisional honors are noted in the commencement program and on the student’s transcript.

The Natural Science and Mathematics division, Education programs, and Occupational Therapy program currently offer divisional honors to eligible students within those specified majors. More information about satisfying these requirements may be obtained from the appropriate division chair.
