ENG-145 Literature, Nature Place *

Students will read, discuss, and write about works of imaginative literature, (fiction, nonfiction, poetry, drama, or film) that invite questions regarding the relationships and interactions between humans and the places or physical environments in which they live. Students will examine selected works of literature that evoke a sense of place or raise questions about the connections among the inhabitants of a place. Consideration of the implications and possible consequences of various ways of understanding, representing and interacting with the natural world and the places we inhabit.
