Work Request Policy

All students will send work requests into the Office of Facilities by emailing workreq@keuka.edu.

  • The following information should be included:
    • Your building & room number
    • Detailed description of the request
    • Photo(s), if applicable

Please do not duplicate work requests. You only need to submit one work request per maintenance issue. If your roommate has already submitted one, you do not need to do the same for the same request.
