ENG-110 Writing as Inquiry † *

This course focuses on writing as a means of discovery and inquiry. Students read and examine texts in order to evaluate the choices writers make and to develop their own perspectives and rhetorical authority. By exploring how writing functions in a range of academic, professional, and public contexts, students gain practice composing in a variety of modalities. Students give and receive feedback, revise their work, reflect on their growth as writers, and improve basic digital and information literacy skills.
