Quantity of alcohol at any organized event is subject to approval of the director of student activities. The following chart is used as a reference to assist in planning an event where alcohol is served. This chart is based on 50 people. The following figures can be multiplied or divided depending on the numbers expected to attend.

At all events where alcoholic beverages are served, alternative non-alcoholic beverages and food must be provided in sufficient quantity and must be served and featured as prominently as the alcoholic beverages. “Sufficient quantity” is subject to review by the director of student activities.
