This Handbook supersedes all previous employee handbooks, including any previous versions. Please read this Handbook thoroughly and retain it for future reference. The policies contained in this Handbook are guidelines only. The College reserves the right to amend, modify, revise, remove, and add any policies to this Handbook, with or without notice. From time to time, you may receive updated information concerning policy changes. If you have any questions about any of these policies or about the College generally, please ask your supervisor, Department and/or Division Head, or The Office of Human Resources.

This Handbook is not a contract, express or implied, and it does not guarantee your employment for any specific duration. This Handbook or any of the policies contained herein creates no promise or guarantee for employment. - Employment At-Will

Although we hope that your employment relationship with us will be long term, most employees, other than those with continuous tenure, are at-will employees, and the College may terminate your employment at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice. Similarly, you may terminate your employment at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice. Any employment agreement or deviation from any policy reported in this Handbook shall not be effective unless reduced to a writing that is signed by the President.
