SWK-655 Grant Writing Basics for Svs Learning

This basic grant writing course explores various strategies utilized to recognize community need and develop a grant proposal to meet those needs. Students will gain an understanding the various methods to locate external grant funding sources. Students will conduct a needs assessment for a local or community agency/organization and gain practice and experience in writing a small grant proposal to address the identified need.
