OCC-460 Integration Lab Across the Lifespan

This course is designed to integrate the concepts and skills gained throughout the professional education program by having the student complete formal presentations and expanded written assignments of patient case studies. Emphasis will be placed on evaluating, the OT assessment and treatment plan development process in a holistic manner, which includes the patients' physical, psychological, and social situation. Treatment alternatives selected will be validated through the use of professional literature; lecture and laboratory.
