AEI-472 Interpreting Specialized Settings

An exploration of sight translation, consecutive interpreting, and simultaneous interpreting between ASL and English within medical, educational, legal, social services, and employment contexts. Practical interpreting simulations on register variation and technical vocabulary will be introduced and practiced.
