PE-101 Smallcraft

Students will: learn and practice basic skills and safety for sailing, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboating and small motor crafts. Course will introduce students to the terminology, rules of waterways, equipment and the safe use of crafts on waterways. The course will be both theory and practice, and will vary depending on weather. The course will be taught for five hours per week for the first eight weeks of the fall semester.
