COM-250 Graphic Design

Graphic design is a creative process that combines art and technology to communicate messages and ideas through visual media. This course introduces students to the elements and principles of graphic design, and their application to a variety of contexts and modes of communication. Digital and traditional tools are applied through the development of technical skills in layout and design, spatial relationships and color, typography, and print production. the course includes strategies for idea generation and concepts in visual problem solving to shape and convey a visual message.
