Transfer Credits

Course work transferred from another accredited institution by a Keuka College student is by credit only. Credit is only given for courses with a grade of C or higher (a C- does not transfer, a C does transfer).  Grades do not transfer.  A transfer student’s GPA is computed based only on credits earned at Keuka College. The number of credits completed toward a degree includes credits accepted by transfer.

Students who have twice failed a Keuka College course cannot take an equivalent course at another institution and transfer the credit. (The only way to fulfill the requirement and remove the F is to repeat the course at Keuka College.)

Enrolled students must follow the procedures listed on the Keuka College website for approval of non-Keuka course work.
