BUS-440 Project Management

This course teaches the skills of process management in a wide range of project applications from concept through operations. Planning, scheduling, controlling, economic analysis, quality control, and customer satisfaction are stressed in this course". By the end of this course, students will have the following knowledge and skills: 

1. Understanding of project management principles and practices. 

2. Knowledge of the influences of an organization and its stakeholders on a project. 

3. Understanding of the integration, scope, and time management elements of a project.
