BUS-341 Accounting for Managers

This course will provide an overview of the preparation, analysis, and understanding of financial statements and how the information is also used for internal planning, control and decision making. This course stresses the importance and usefulness of relevant accounting information and will cover such topics as financial statement presentation and analysis, costing methods, short term and long-term decision making, budgeting, and variance analysis.
