SWK-654 Leadership for the Non-Profit Sector

This course examines the major theories of leadership as well as the personal attributes, behaviors, and styles of individuals that allow for exemplary leadership practice in the non-profit sector. In addition, a leadership model will be constructed, inclusive of behavioral competancies, that align with the needs of and challenges of non-profit organizations. Team leadership concepts including empowerment will also be introduced.
