SWK-300 Perspectives on Alcohol/Substance Abuse

SWK-300 is an overall introduction to the field of substance abuse studies. This course introduces undergraduate students to a brief overview of models utilized in the identification and treatment of addictions and explores some of the social attitudes that form our thinking about addiction, its etiology and associated behaviors.
