MGT-551 Strategic Thinking in Human Capital Mgmt

This course introduces the student to the skills necessary to think strategically about business decisions regarding the ability to attract, employ, develop, motivate, engage, and retain strategically relevant talent. This course presents the importance of aligning human resources with overall corporate strategy to establish a competitive advantage. Understanding human capital needs is a primary drive for business success.
