SWK-335 Organizational Awareness & Influence
Students learn organizational counseling and behavior theories and models to address communication and relationships within organizational settings. The course emphasizes organizational assessment, counseling, change mangagement, negotiation and conflict resolution, problem solving, and decision making; motivational theory, emotional intellingence, leadership development, executive coaching and mentoring; and teambuilding. Participants explore issues impacting on emplyee and organizational development and performance.
Prerequisite
Prerequisite: Complete 1 course
SWK-101 or CRM 101; and 1 course from
SOC-101 or
PSY-101. (Required, Previous).
