POL-313 Politics of East Asia †

This course examines political, economic, social and historical developments in modern East Asia. Topics include major wars, revolutions, and reforms from the nineteenth century up to the present, as well as contemporary issues within and among East Asian countries, particularly China, Japan, and Korea.
