HRM-330 Wage and Salary Scale Development

This course studies and analyzes the basic concepts of compensation administration in organizations. Topics such as the foundation for wage and salary programs, methods of job evaluation, building wage and salary structures, and the legal constraints placed upon compensation programs are studied.
