CRM-510 Leadership in Criminal Justice

This course will engage students in a critical examination of the changing nature of work and organizational conditions that create new challenges relating to the skills of public/non-profit leaders. In addition to skill development in the areas of goal setting, problem solving and communications, this course will include assessment of personal leadership style, decision making and capacity to act as an organizational change-agent. The ability tolead others through change will be a central theme of the course.
