College-Sponsored International Travel Policy
Keuka College defines “College-Sponsored Travel” as any trip organized and approved by College personnel. All international College-Sponsored Travel is coordinated through and authorized by the Office of Global Affairs.
Keuka College will not allow travel to any country with a level 3 (reconsider travel) or a level 4 (do not travel) advisory level as determined by the Department of State.
Student requirements for participation in College-sponsored travel abroad include:
- Sophomore standing (minimum of 24 credits completed) or higher, with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. Requirements for Alternative Spring Break may vary.
- Students must be in good academic and disciplinary standing.
- All required paperwork must be filed with the Director of Global Affairs by stipulated deadlines.
