Storage Policy

Students may opt to contract with local storage companies for their personal storage needs.

The College does not have the space or room capacity to store any student’s personal items after their housing agreement for the academic year expires. Items are unable to be stored in student rooms as rooms are utilized throughout the year and summer.

Items are expected to be removed when the student leaves campus and completes their final checkout. Any and all items left in a room or apartment after the close of any semester and/or at the close of the housing agreement, shall be donated or disposed of after 30 days. Students with items of a perceived value over $100 that were found in a vacated residential space will be notified via their College email. It is the responsibility of the student to make alternative arrangements with the Office of Residence Life if flexibility is needed.
