NUR-362 Acute Care of the Adult I

This is a theory and practicum course which explores concepts of acute and chronic nursing care including but not limited to disorders of the cellular, cardiovascular, respiratory, immune, gastrointestinal, renal, hormonal regulation, metabolism, and reproductive systems. Professional role development will also be addressed to ensure a solid educational foundation. Basic concepts of medical-surgical nursing will be applied to adult clients across the healthcare continuum.
