DL-151 Interpreting Digital Information

The Internet and the World Wide Web connect individuals across the world, enabling unforeseen sources of entertainment, information and influence. This course is an exploration of the ethical and social implications technology has on our world today. Using readings, class discussions and individual projects, this course will focus on concepts and tools necessary for responsibly communicating information online. Students are encouraged to analyze current events and situations and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of how to create useful Web content.
