Final grades are due six days after the last day of class or after finals week, if applicable. Field Period® grades are due as indicated on the Academic Calendar. All official final grades can be accessed in KC Self-Service under "grades." Students who perceive that a final grade was miscalculated, unfair, or capriciously assigned should follow the process for appealing a course grade.

Keuka College does not have a standard numeric grading scale to be converted to letter grades. Numeric grading scales are to be made at the discretion of the instructor, and in some cases, the division. Please note that numeric grading scales may differ between classes and/or divisions. Grading scales can be found in each individual course syllabus.

Incomplete grades not resolved by the date specified by the faculty member will result in a grade of "F" or "U" (depending on the defined grading scale of the course).

Auditing a course means to take the course with no credit or grade. A student may audit one course per semester with the permission of the course instructor. The grading will be AU, and no grade points will be given.
