Transfer Credits

Coursework transferred from another accredited institution after entering Keuka College as a student is by credit only. Credit is only given for courses with a grade of C or higher. Grades do not transfer. A transfer student’s GPA is computed based only on credits earned at Keuka College. The number of credits completed toward a degree includes credits accepted by transfer.

Students who have failed a Keuka College course cannot take an equivalent course at another institution and transfer the credit. The only way to fulfill the requirement and remove the F is to repeat the course at Keuka College.

Coursework taken after entering Keuka College does not affect the General Education or Field Period^® requirements according to each student's entering status.

Enrolled students must follow the procedures listed on the Keuka College website for approval of non-Keuka course work.
