Program Evaluation/Degree Audit

Students should continuously review degree progress at the start of each semester by accessing the program evaluation tool using web advisor.

Students who transfer coursework from other colleges or resources must have official transcripts or official test-score documents sent to the registrar's office and validate planned transfer credit has been applied.

If a substitution or waiver is necessary to complete a requirement, the student is required to ask their advisor for support to complete the ETP process, requesting approval and prompting special encoding to update the program evaluation/degree audit to reflect how external credits should satisfy program requirements including the need for different assignment, substitution or waiver.
