CPS students are typically employed full time during the day; thus, the program is offered in the evening at most locations. Courses are delivered in an accelerated, blended-learning format. You’ll move through each course as a group–creating opportunities for networking and support. An atmosphere of shared family, career, and interests develops camaraderie among our students.
A cohort is a class comprised of approximately 8-25 students who progress through their degree program together. Students build a strong support network and often cite this as one of the most positive factors for their success in the program. Students who succeed in our programs are self-directed and goal-oriented individuals.

The CPS format enables adult students to develop:
•interpersonal skills,
•written and oral communication skills,
•problem-solving and decision-making skills,
•understanding of research techniques and applications,
•self-knowledge and self-image growth,
•self-reliance and leadership skills
