Admissions


Keuka College encourages applications from persons who seek an undergraduate education founded in the liberal arts and are committed to the benefits of experiential learning. The College provides career and pre-professional preparation and offers a strong educational experience for students who have not yet decided on career goals. Students who wish to avail themselves of the academic, co-curricular, extracurricular, and experiential programs of the College are invited to apply for entrance.

Candidates for admission must demonstrate the ability, motivation, and preparation to undertake college studies. Each candidate is evaluated on individual strengths in relation to the demands of the academic programs offered at Keuka College.

Admitted students must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Freshman Application

Applicants should submit:
1. A completed application;
2. At least one letter of recommendation;
3. An official copy of his/her high school transcript or general equivalency diploma (GED); or Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC);
4. SAT/ACT tests are encouraged but optional.
5. Applicants considered for scholarship will be reviewed on High School/Secondary School cumulative GPA;
6. Upon acceptance, students who enroll are required to submit an enrollment deposit of $200;
7. Before Enrolling, students must submit an official and final secondary school transcript.

Transfer Application

Applicants should submit:
1. A completed application;
2. At least one letter of recommendation;
3. An official final secondary school transcript or general equivalency diploma (GED); or Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC);
4. Official transcripts from all colleges and universities previously attended;
5. Applicants considered for scholarship will be reviewed on college cumulative GPA;
6. Upon acceptance, students who enroll are required to submit an enrollment deposit of $200.
7. Before Enrolling, students must submit an official and final secondary school transcript.

Graduate Application (Division of Business Master of Science In Management)

Applicants should submit:
1. A completed application*
2. Personal Statement
3. Essay
4. 2 Letters of Recommendation
5. Resume
6. Official transcripts from all colleges attended, showing proof of Bachelors degree conferred.
7. Upon acceptance, students who enroll are required to submit an enrollment deposit of $200.

* If international, also require TOEFL/IELTS, Copy of Passport, Declaration of Finance

Graduate Application (Division of Education Master of Science In Literacy)

Applicants should submit:
1. A completed application*
2. Personal Statement/Professional Statement
3. Official transcripts from all colleges attended
4. 2 Letters of Recommendation
5. Proof of graduation from a registered teacher education program
6. Proof of passing NYS Teacher Certifications*
7. Copies of certifications or proof of having applied for certification*
8. Upon acceptance, students who enroll are required to submit an enrollment deposit of $200.

*Applicants who have not successfully completed all certification tests wil have additional application requirements.
